Magellan21’s Remote Help Desk services are among the upper echelon of IT support that can improve the reliability and performance of our clients’ business technology by offering immediate support. If any issues do arise, you can be assured that we will take your call or e-mail and begin working on the issue immediately. We have a limit of 4 hours on first response on all tickets to ensure that no issue is left open for too long; our current average of time from reported issue to resolution is less than 1 hour. Any downtime is lost productivity that you don’t need to be slowing your company down.


Unlike many providers, we design our help desk solutions to be unlimited remote support. This takes away from the stigma of not calling to avoid having to pay additional rates. If you have an issue, we will be there. Concentrating on making our services remote allows us to bring your issue to resolution much faster; most issues are resolved in less time than it would take to drive to our customer sites. Even though we are taking care of these issues remotely you can have the peace of mind that all methods of remote access that we use are secure and will not jeopardize your network.
